Declutter Doula™

Foundations Workshop

A Unique Opportunity for Doulas to

Expand Skills, Make a Greater Impact, and Build Off-Call Income

Learn the foundations of our Declutter Doula™ work: a doula-informed, emotionally intelligent approach to helping families create calmer, more functional spaces.

As doulas, we know that supporting families goes beyond the birth or postpartum visits.

Families often struggle with clutter, disorganization, and overwhelm — especially during pregnancy, postpartum, moving, or other major life transitions.

The Declutter Doula™ Foundations Workshop teaches doulas how to help families reclaim calm and clarity in their homes while staying true to doula values:

  • Nonjudgmental support – respect for every client’s pace and choices

  • Emotionally intelligent guidance – understanding the feelings behind the clutter

  • Family-centered practice – practical strategies that work for every household member

Who Is This For?

We’re looking for doulas who are ready to expand their service offerings, create extra income, and support families in a deeply practical way.

This workshop is designed for doulas and support professionals who:

  • Are looking to diversify their offerings beyond traditional birth or postpartum support.

  • Want to help families reclaim calm, clarity, and functionality in their homes during pregnancy, postpartum, moving, or other life transitions.

  • Seek emotionally intelligent, nonjudgmental approaches to supporting clients through the overwhelm of clutter and household chaos.

  • Desire a low-stress, off-call service that complements their existing doula work and fits sustainably into their business.

  • Are motivated to grow professionally and build confidence in providing guidance in spaces where clutter intersects with emotion, family dynamics, or life change.

  • Want to serve families holistically, recognizing that a calm home environment contributes to emotional well-being, parent confidence, and family cohesion.

  • Are open to trying new approaches, reflecting on their practice, and experimenting with creative ways to support clients beyond traditional doula care.

  • Have an existing interest or experience in professional organizing, minimalism, or home management, and want to adapt those skills into a doula-informed framework.

This is your chance to step into a new niche that blends your doula heart with practical, life-changing skills.

Our live workshop will take place February 1, 2026 at 3pm (CST). This is a 3-hour live training designed specifically for doulas who want:

  • To understand the Foundations of the Declutter Doula™ approach

  • Practical tools for supporting clients with clutter, disorganization, and overwhelm

  • Strategies for engaging clients in a nonjudgmental, family-centered way

  • How to structure sessions, set boundaries, and build off-call offerings

  • Ways to integrate decluttering into your existing doula practice

This workshop combines teaching, discussion, and hands-on application. Participants will leave with actionable strategies they can start using immediately.

This is a beta experience that will introduce the foundations of our Declutter Doula™ program. It is being offered at a one-time only reduced rate of $197.

   Meet Your Educator

Hey, I’m Sarah B.

I’m a practicing doula and professional organizer who supports real people with real lives, especially during seasons of transition and overwhelm. My work blends practical, hands-on support with emotional awareness, offering a calm, judgment-free presence in moments and spaces that feel heavy. As a Declutter Doula™, I help people clear not just the physical clutter, but the stress, pressure, and stories that often come with it. I bring the core principles of doula care into the home: consent, compassion, and trust. As an educator, I’m passionate about helping doulas expand their work in sustainable, off-call ways that honor both the families they serve and their own well-being.
