Hey, I’m Sarah B.
I wear a lot of hats:
💛 Wife, Mama x2, Surrogate x2
👶 Childbirth Educator & Doula
☕ Coffee Enthusiast
🍼 Newborn & Postpartum Specialist
🌿 Aspiring Homesteader
🏡 Professional Organizer aka Declutter Doula
📖 Always Learning & Un-learning
I founded Milestone Doulas in 2018 during the chaos of early motherhood, when I stumbled across the word doula and felt something click. That single moment of curiosity became a calling—one that has since evolved into years of training, service, and growth. With a passion for supporting families through some of life’s most tender, transformative moments, I built this work around meeting people where they are—offering grounded, personalized support through every season of parenthood.
What I Do
Today, I offer support as a full-spectrum doula, childbirth educator, postpartum and newborn specialist, and professional home organizer (aka Declutter Doula). From fertility and birth planning to postpartum healing and household transformation, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion, expertise, and care.
As your doula and educator, I provide judgment-free, personalized support that meets you where you are. Whether it’s helping you find your voice to advocate for the birth experience you want, offering guidance as you settle into life with a newborn, or helping you bring order to your cluttered closet—I’m here for it!
My Approach
I didn’t always know what I know now. There were times I didn’t have all the answers, moments when I wasn’t sure what the right choice was—both in my own experiences and as a doula supporting others. Some births were harder than I expected. Some postpartum moments felt impossible. I’ve learned so much along the way, and I’m still learning.
That’s the beauty of this work—I don’t stand above you with all the answers. I walk with you, offering knowledge, support, and reassurance as you find the path that’s right for you. I’m here to guide you with nonjudgmental support, thoughtful coaching, and evidence-based education every step of the way.
Education That Empowers – Knowledge is a powerful tool. I provide resources, insight, and real-talk—not just textbook advice.
Compassionate Coaching – I meet you where you are and help you navigate decisions with care.
Practical Support – Whether holding the baby or organizing the pantry, I believe small acts can make a big impact.
