I founded Milestone Doulas in 2018 after discovering the word doula in the chaos of early motherhood — and feeling something click. That curiosity became a calling.


Since then I have supported families through births, postpartum seasons, fertility journeys, and everything in between. I bring lived experience, evidence-based knowledge, and zero judgment to every family I work with.

I have been exactly where you are.


How this started
In 2018 in the thick of early motherhood I stumbled across the word doula and felt something shift. I did not always have the support I needed — and I did not want other families to feel that way. That moment of curiosity became years of training, service, and growth.
My approach
I do not stand above you with all the answers. Birth never follows a script and I have learned to walk alongside families — not in front of them — offering knowledge and reassurance as you find the path that is right for you.

Always learning
I am still learning — and unlearning. Every family, birth, and home I support is different. I learn as much from the families I work with as I hope they learn from me. I bring experience and knowledge, with humility. I look forward to learning together.

I have been a gestational surrogate twice.
I have navigated the emotional, physical, and relational complexities of pregnancy a total of 4 times! Surrogacy journeys hold a special place in my heart, and I love supporting both IPs and surrogates during this tremondous journey. I bring professional expertise and genuine lived understanding that very few doulas can offer.

At Milestone Doulas, we believe that investing in birth workers is investing in families. Our Doula in Training program exists to bridge the skills gap that exists for most new doulas. We partner with emerging doulas who are committed to this work, ready to learn, and need experience working with real families.
