I help expectant parents navigate the uncertainties of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
I operate as a full-spectrum doula, where my mission is to provide unwavering support and empowerment to families as they journey into parenthood. I've humbly supported many families over the last several years, with my services taking shape in many ways, reflecting the unique needs of each family.
I found my calling to the birth-world in 2018 during the chaos of my own early motherhood experience. I somehow found the word 'doula' — and it immediately drew me in. I quickly found myself immersed in birth education. My initial curiosity quickly grew into a passionate drive to really understand the intricacies of birth, postpartum, and parenting.
My path took another significant turn in 2020 when I began my first surrogacy journey. Now a two-time surrogate, there is much to say about these experiences! But in short, I will say that this further deepened my connection to the miracle of birth and strengthened my commitment to birthwork.
Milestone Doulas was created in order to provide a nurturing, supportive presence for families during life’s most transformative milestones.
